Service Description

A 12-week course navigating basic life skills and developing insights and  reflection inherent within the complexities of our life’s issues  We would explore the following areas  •    Boundaries - the power of Yes and No •    Relationality - The emergence of  Self and Other  •    Vulnerability - our coping and the spectrum of defence and attack mechanism This course aims to provide insights rooted in both theory and practice with Interactive Learning , and dynamic discussions to enhance understanding. This course will give the opportunity to become part of a Community Support network enabling you to Connect with like-minded individuals on a shared journey of growth and transformation.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds requested prior to a month before the class: full refund less admin fee of £40 pounds. Requested prior to 1 week before class: ½ the deposit refunded. Requested less than 1 week before class: the deposit is non-refundable 2 hours workshops are non refundable Course Cancellation by Lillie Naor Lillie reserves the right to cancel any course at short notice. In this event you will be notified as soon as possible and you will be offered a full refund, or you may transfer to an alternative date.
